What this statement is saying is that you get freedom when you do the right thing not the wrong thing in life you have to be the good person that everybody is going to love and your going to have a lot of freedom and independence.Always have to be honest on everything cause if your not you mom and dad are not going to truths you with anything and they are not going to want to gave you freedom no more and loss truth for you.For a example if you don't tell the truths to your mom she will probably not let you go out with your friends.
