Duties and Responsibilities:Allergist / immunologist (commonly referred to as an allergist) is a physician specially trained to diagnose, treat and manage allergies, asthma and immunologic disorders including primary immunodeficiency disorders. These conditions range from the very common to the very rare, spanning all ages and encompassing various organ systems
Salary:$405,000.00-$259,400.00
Education: Members of the specialty of Allergy/Immunology are physicians who are specifically trained to diagnose and treat patients who have asthma, allergic and immunologic diseases. An Allergist-Immunologist is a physician who has successfully completed an accredited educational program in Allergy and Immunology. A board-certified Allergist also holds a certification from the American Board of Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).
