Education:Alternative medicine has been a steadily growing trend, and it will continue to increase in popularity as people become more interested in holistic and integrative medicine. The American Association of Oriental Medicine (AAOM) estimates that there are currently about 16,000 acupuncturists and oriental medicine practitioners in the U.S, and they predict the number of these practitioners to increase by 10 percent every year.
